Kris, however, finds a bit of trouble using his quirk. His sibling doesn't really help with that. But is there a light in the dark?

Betrayed by many, and uncertain who to trust, Kel finds herself in the midst of an iron-fist dictatorship, fighting to restore the Underground to the peaceful place it used to be.
