Yorutaki Kenkuki/Yoru/Ikari by friends, is a young samurai in the 1800s in the war to overthrow a Tyrant Shōgun. Yorutaki has had many anger issues in the past and has tried to overcome them as a result of being a samurai, although he has went through many trials he is forced to confront the Shōgun in a duel of fates.
Author's Note: I just thought of this story with a friend. this really doesn't fit into my character universe that much but maybe it eventually will? this is not at all historically accurate and isn't meant to be.

This story takes it's place in the Meiji Era, an Era where civilians of Japan have finally found peace in their country. Mafuyu's and Yuki's Best Friend
In the Given series we get to know Mafuyu Sato's tragic past with his childhood friend/lover. This is just my own original character fanfic about a girl that was also his childhood friend. It's a short one shot about love, betrayal and pain. There are triggers about sexual abuse, physical abuse and suicide. Mika Ito is the original character. A young girl who is abused by her father, she meets the boys the same day they meet (ya know what I mean). Her feelings grow for Mafuyu more than friendship and she confesses to him. What he decides to do changes the course of their lives. (I posted this story before but it was in an embarrassing bullet-point format. I'll still leave it up because I'm lazy. But I really wanted to write it properly. I want to add more on to this, like more detail, but again I'm lazy. For now, please enjoy my crappy writing). A/N: This story is vaguely based on the true story of Kaspar Hauser (Germany, around the 1820's). You can research his story after you are done reading this fiction, to keep yourself from possible spoilers. The story is quite sad and well known in Germany and to this day unsolved. For the fiction's sake, I had to use the Japanese names for the charakters in an old German setting which feels terribly wrong but was necessary for understanding. I'm also sorry for any grammar and language mistakes because I have no beta reader. Also, I recently suck at writing anything nearly romantic which comes naturally with age and disappointment, well... But I wanted to write this so I hope you enjoy it a little bit.
