Absence, he knew the lack of fill well. There are days wherein the well of his purpose is questioned because nothing is present. And so he sought out for the shade yellow, the smiles and butterflies they call happiness.

But in walking and discovering alone, he is on a path that promises the opposite of what he asks. In the world of talent and attention, Gray soon discovers that fame is but a shadow of happiness.

Perhaps in the areas between black and white, the people he grows with may show him other shades of the life palette.
