Ryan Smith grew up in Nevada, a city that became one of Chaos and Insanity. He became orphaned when his family was killed, but along the way, the Infamous Hailey J. Wimbleton took the boy and raised her as her own, earning him the alias known has "Hank J. Wimbleton." Together, he and Hailey with her team would go and defeat the ones known as Audita and Trixie.

But, what if after the end of Expurgation, Ryan didn't survive after defeating Trixie? What if he found himself brought back to life by the Higher Powers in a strange new world unlike Nevada? A world full of advanced technology and life. Although, there is one tiny problem.

He's been turned to a child again.
