Scarlett Hutchins is a 17 year old broken girl, she has nothing but her drug addicted step-mother. Scarlett 'scar' has also had addictions with drugs, her step mom has drugged her, abused her, sold her, and abandoned Her plenty of times. 

Scarlett is the half-sister of James Barnes, she had the powers of visions, she is a failed experiment of HYDRA. She was tortured and trained through HYDRA just like her brother. 

She is a murderer, broken, lost, addict, brainwashed, and... in love. And everything just gets worst when she finds out about her fertility and brain. 

Pietro Maximoff is the only one who ever loved her for the way she was and why she does what she does. 

THIS STORY IS MAINLY BASED FROM MY DR so don't mind if things don't make sense
