There are many stories about a ship called the Bloody Mary that sails the seas of Savasano. Legends of fire, treasure, cursed objects, and possibly a romance among enemies. The notorious Captain of Fallen Spirits leads the crew. Her first mate is told to be worse than she is, taking no prisoners. They are the reason for the saying "Dead men tell no tales." When the crew raids ships, there are no bodies, only a sinking vessel lit on fire. Not much is known about this band of pirates, other than what the legends say, and seeing as there are never survivors, the stories are short-lived and often unbelievable. Cursed are the people who see the blood-red sails on the horizon, their foe a formidable one, and even they know that their chance of surviving depends on outrunning the dreaded Bloody Mary.

This book is not originally mine nor is the cover! One of my friends has been writing this for a while and I received permission from her to upload it here onto Wattpad. It's her first book and still a work in progress! And yes this is a story involving her and our friends.

It's a deadly plan, and it goes like this: First, become a crew member of the Avourienne, a pirate ship notorious for its charismatic captain and wicked ways. Second, trick the ship's cunning strategist, famous for winning every game she's ever played, into believing a delicately spun lie. Third, get close enough to their tyrant king to put a knife through him. Deadly doesn't quite describe such a plan. In fact, inconceivable may be the better word. But Archer Kingsley has a knack for such things, and he feels he's going to pull off this plan with the ease he does most everything. Perhaps he's not quite aware of the absolute hell that's about to break loose, but truthfully, it's so much better that way. Because true adventures are born from uncertainty. * Cover by xxsoteria Mature themes you may encounter in this book: - harsh language (it's a pirate book) - violence (it's a pirate book) - sexual implications (it's a PIRATE book) However, this story does not violate any of Wattpad's mature guidelines and therefore is not marked as such. In a world of gods, pirates, and blessings, Phoenix Finch lives in a small coastal town secluded from the rest of the world. In a town that values rules, traditions, and law above all else, Phoenix has never known of anything else. When he is both rescued and kidnapped by the most fearsome pirate of them all, Nico Maheras, The West Wind, he is brought into a world so unlike his own. Scared and alone, he lashes out, and the captain lashes right back. As he is introduced to more and more of the crew, he finds that maybe, Pirates aren't as bad as he thought, and maybe the captain isn't as scary as he seems. He begins to settle into the ship, finding friendship and freedom. But when his sister is kidnapped by Redcoats for her blessing, he must take action and save her along with his new friends. But Phoenix will soon find out there is more to himself, the captain, and this story, than it seems. - - - This is the first draft of my novel, which took about a year to write. As such, this is somewhat unedited, and needs improvement. Constructive criticism is both wanted and appreciated. I hope you enjoy reading this book as much as I enjoyed writing it. Cover is mine, made with AutoDesk Sketchbook and BeFunky photo editor. - - - - Content warnings: Kidnapping, Violence, Cursing, Fighting, Torture, Death, mentions of past s*xual assault, and slavery. Please let me know if there's any other warnings that you think should be added! (I swear that makes it sound so much worse than it actually is. This is a lighthearted story about friendship, self discovery, family, and freedom.)

Unless they also wish to burn." 🔥 🌺Corintha is an iron hearted young Mer living on Isla de las Madres, home to one of the great Mer pods of the Southern Seas. Old enough to find a mate during the yearly mating season, when the young males return from exploring the world of man, far different than the calm tranquility of their island home. A land that haunts Corintha with the memories of loss, pain, and the fear that her future will be made for her. But her destiny will not be one where tradition will bind her and keep her bound to the island. Fate will pull her into the arms of Ares, the son of the pod's chief and a male that will have Corintha questioning her innermost desires. However, he will not win her heart without a fight and surviving the endless dangers that lie ahead for him, Corintha, and their motley crew of chaotic companions. The hands of fate will lead the young Mer on a journey they never thought possible. Faced with rival Mer from the North, pirates that hold deadly knowledge, and navigating the world of man without revealing their inhuman nature. These trials will test them, break them, and bring about a new story, a new legend for the travelers of land and sea. A villain with a thirst for blood. A creature of nightmarish myth. A monster to be feared. A title that Corintha will learn to bare with pride. 🦚 Trigger warning ⚠️- this book contains scenes of gore, violence, abuse, assault, and sexual situations.
