After a tiring city life, Y/N decides to head to Beach City for a change. She knows there is life other than ones she knows there. With the help of her parents, she gets a house in the neighborhood which isn't too far from Little Homeworld.

Upon exploration with one of the Crystal Gems, she meets Spinel. The two get along and grow a bond the first time they meet, knowing they have something in common. They connect mentally and grow to be friends, maybe even more, but one thing stands straight...

Y/N knows Spinel isn't mentally well.

She traveled to Earth to treat her own mental struggles, but with how far she is going downhill, Y/N can't help but to worry for her dear Spinel.

As she grows more familiar of Spinel and her problems, Y/N grows worried and tries to distract her from her problems, but, something happens to Spinel and she is no longer the same gem she once knew.
