Over the course of history, humanity has seen various people awaken special abilities that seem to relate to the States Of Matter. Scientists refer to them as Deviants but Deviant Haters refer to them as Subhumans. Deviants date back to even the beginning of mankind though they were extremely rare. In recent years, Deviants have been on an Upsurge with 4/10 babies ending up showing Deviant traits. The potential danger of Uncontrollable Deviants caused the creation of D.A.D. Or The Deviant Apprehension Department, which is a U.S. federal government agency. It is an organization created to arrest all Deviants and label them as "Subhuman." The director of the D.A.D. Is a man named Logan Ward, who promises that the D.A.D. Will bring hope and peace of mind to everyone so no one has to live in fear of Deviants. With the creation of the D.A.D. came The Citadel, which was created to house any Deviants captured by the Deviant Apprehension Department. But not all humans hate Deviants. Some sympathize with them which others don't like which can sometimes put people at odds. Some Deviants want to just live normal lives while others choose to embrace their abilities and show that they aren't afraid to stand up for themselves. Some believe their powers to be a gift from god while some believe it to be a curse from the Devil himself. The current year is 2067. Less than half of the Earth's Population are Deviants and the D.A.D. Have been cracking down on apprehending any Deviants and anyone who is harboring Deviants. Will Deviants be forced to submit or will the Deviants fight back and stand up for what they believe?All Rights Reserved

"It's human nature. It's instinct to survive, no matter the cost." The world has fallen into desolation. The apocalypse has already started and finished, leaving some of the surviving ones with strange powers and mysterious scars. The world has ended, according to some, and is now in a state of rebirth. Others say it hasn't ended yet and that it's only going to get worse. The remaining people have grouped together in packs and gangs, raiding the desolate cities and avoiding the ones called the Destroyers, who capture and torture the remaining survivors. No one is safe. One fifteen year old boy knows this better than anyone. He and his older sister lived together, sticking to the dark alleys of their abandoned city, and survived for years after the apocalypse, until the Destroyers came and took her away, reigning terror on the few who remained in the city. The boy, desperate to find someone to help him save his sister, leaves the city and finds one of the youngest cooperative packs in North America, called the Raiders, comprised of unwanted individuals with the strange powers left from the destruction of years past. Their leader, a destructive insomniac, promises to help him in return for the skills and usefulness this young boy seems to possess, but something disrupting sends waves of unease through the Raiders, something about a forgotten past and talk of a mutiny. "Maybe there's more to life than just surviving." ... Rated C for Caution. Though it's rated mature, there is no bad language or vivid descriptions of sexual contact. It does have very strong themes. In an alternate timeline, the human race found a way to create superpowers. By extracting energy from stars and inserting that energy into humans, 'powers' were created. Powers allowed humans to gain unnatural abilities such as flight, invisibility, super strength or in other words, superpowers. Of course, with the introduction of something so revolutionary, people rose up in the hundreds of thousands in an event known as the Great Rebellion. The insurgents banded together under a single banner and became collectively known as the Shadow, marking the beginning of the Cosmic Wars. Out of the darkness, the Gazers were born. Using what remained of the power technology, the Gazers singlehandedly perished the evil and ended the conflict. However, there was a price to pay. Powers put a toll on the human body and had serious mental and physical repercussions. The solution was to recruit children from the age of 13 to 18 and train them so their bodies would adapt to their powers, eventually becoming immune to all negative side effects. The end of the Cosmic Wars brought forth a new age of peace and prosperity that the world had never seen before. However, the long reign of the Gazers has already begun to crumble, cracks showing up within the very thread of society. Their rule will not last for much longer. The Shadow will rise once again.
