Cassie, a nerd. She has two friends, an amazing family, yet somehow she is still lonely. She's a nobody.

Ace, the school's bad boy. His two best friends and himself are untouchable unless you're popular. Yet he's also lonely.

When Ace fails most of his subjects, his basketball coach threatens to kick him off the team. To improve his grades the principle decides Cassie is the one to help.

Ace agrees, Cassie agrees, but his conditions apply:
1. They are not friends
2. They do not hang out outside of tutoring
3. The cannot under any circumstance fall in love
