Don't be cringed, this is my first book and I published it for a friend

‼️The Art was created by me, don't use it pls‼️

In the near past, close to the current time, humanity faces the miracle of an unknown substance spreading over the world, starting to get stuck in the food we eat, the air we breathe, or the water we drink- it's everywhere, and a few to a couple of years later there's no way anybody didn't breathe it in already somehow. If it is a curse or a wonder, those of the people who don't fit into society react allergically to the particles that are so small a fly would be immense next to them. The consequences are what is called a malfunction- a superpower. Those people are the demon in-between a world of angels, the freak in the back of your class, the drug addict in your family- or more like.. The Error in your computer system- the error in THE system that builds today's society.

The government knows their experiment failed, and the people called Errors know just as well as they do that their true power isn't being a mistake, but possessing the ability of seeing the truth behind the thick walls built out of lies.

The Darkness in the Light by djscloud
25 parts Complete
For over a hundred years, humanity has lived in fear of the monsters that roam the streets, lurking in the drains below. Women and their daughters hide, protected in their homes, while men take their sons through the world, teaching them the responsibilities of having a family to feed and dangers to avoid. No one leaves the home unless it's essential, and most of the world prefers it that way. Until one girl spends her days perched on her window seat, looking down at the world below and dreaming of a different life. Her eyes are always drawn to the dark, ominous drains in the street, the ones that often blink open to swallow and person whole. One day, that person is her little brother, snatched right in front of her from their arms of their father and gone forever. When a person is snatched, they never return, and life goes on without them. But she can't accept that. Breaking all the rules, all the things she's ever known, she braves the world outside her little townhouse and goes on a mission into the darkness to find her brother. Only, it's soon her that becomes the one lost to the drains. To survive she must rediscover her world, and in the process, rediscover herself. She will be reunited with old friends, gain new ones, find out deeper secrets about her past than she ever could have imagined, and learn that the world is even more corrupt than she always thought. *** This story contains sexist ideology, mention of cheating, some gruesome scenes, and a whole lot of monsters and darkness. It isn't overly mature... there isn't much explicit language or sexual scenes, but there is a bit of violence, so just keep that in mind... and despite all that negativity, ENJOY!

Racial insensitivity, mega schizo-posting, a literal tsunami of cum; these are only a few aspects of the wild story I wrote in 2017, within the 8th grade. Since then, I've conducted minor edits for comprehension and line delivery. I'm curious to hear your thoughts, dear reader... Or should I say, poor reader? This story's metanarrative began when a good friend of mine at the time had shared a document with a number of close friends, under the expectation of them collaborating to construct a creative piece. The founding writing, only a paragraph and written by that friend, was of a single undefined character narrating their spooky and memey adventure. I was either the only other person who cared and/or noticed it- so I wrote, along with occasional pitching in from him. I made it more personal by adding character stand-ins for my friends and acquaintances, named after fruits or vegetables. Furthermore, this was to give friends who are represented through these stand-ins an opportunity to properly operate their character within the narrative. That never happened, except with that friend who started the original document to me, to a small extent. Chaos and Cringe was originally inspired by cringey/edgy horror fanfictions, such as Hitler.exe, My Immortal, and Voice Box. This story is therefore a fanfiction of fanfictions. Note: I do not hold the anti-social views implied through the language of Chaos and Cringe, including, but not limited to: homophobia, ableism, and racism. "Nice cock."

"In a world where Grimm, Danger Beasts, Monsters, and notorious villains run rampant, there are those who stand against them. Benders, Huntsmen, Heroes, people who have the power to fight them, for the sole purpose of defending the innocent. At least some of them. Other guys just want to prove how powerful they are, and push around people without powers. I learned that the hard way. My name is Y/n Tennyson. I'm 20 years old, and I am in possession of the most powerful alien weapons, in the universe. When I was little, people like Bakugo and Issei picked on me everyday, just because I was too powerless to do anything. So one day, I decided to drop out of Union Academy and went on a cross country road trip with my grandpa and cousin. Then on our first stop, I went out on a walk where a meteor fell out of the sky and crashed right in front of me. But, as it turns out, it wasn't a meteor, but a pod containing a watch that, once stuck upon your wrist, could turn you into any alien you want. Needless to say that my life went uphill from there. I traveled across the galaxy, saved it from blowing up. Fought a giant alien, AS a giant alien. Stopped a race from destroying the universe. Blew up my watch. Got a new one. Dated a tennis player, and broke up with her. Fought a giant alien, as a giant alien AGAIN, this time in Tokyo. Killed an interdimensional demon along with my archnemesis. And made friends with a Slimebiote named Skurd. Now me and my friends are unlicensed heroes who defend the world from destruction. Mainly because it's the right thing to do, but partially to show Union Academy what kind of hero I am now. And I can't wait to see the look on their faces." Any characters depicted in romantic or sexual context is 18 years old or older. You belong to yourself.)

"It really seems to me that in midst of great tragedy, there is always the horrible possibility that something terribly funny will happen." Philip K. 48 parts Complete

I was just thinking. I swear. But maybe my mind over thought. It's weird that everything can seem so simple, straight forward. Black and white. Two colors. So obvious. So there. Him and Her. Two people. So obvious. So there. But once you add gray, things get kind of complicated. Then you add color. And it's a wonderfully complicated bright world. She's two in one. The storm and the shade. No one ever stops to thank the storm for shading them from what's above it. What if the sun was too strong, too powerful that day and the storm came along just to protect us all from it? It was this epic battle between the two and the storm was hurting and it cased all this damage to the earth. No one thanks the storm for its sacrifice when it finally loses the battle and the sun shows its smug face. We all hate the storm for the disaster it created and praise the sun, when the storm just wanted to protect us. The storm and the shade. She's the storm and the shade. She's the chaos and the calm. Only I can't see the chaos. Not fully. She's keeping it all inside. All I see is the calm. I can tell though. I can tell there's chaos. I just can't see it. It's not so black and white. It's not a simple boy likes girl. Girl likes boy. It never was. But I like her. I do. The storm and the shade.
