The people of MIRA are currently being terrorized and murdered by some unknown crime syndicate and they present themselves as Impostors. Trust is out of the question and deception rules the field. To see through imitations, perhaps having a better understanding on others is just as essential in this critical situation.
The Among Us Series is heavily inspired by the popular and well-known game of Among Us made by Innersloth. The story revolves around certain teams in MIRA who tries to discover the mastermind behind this enigmatic chaos, to seek the hypocritical truth is the very goal for each and every one in the crew. Will they find out the biggest lie? Or maybe get killed from it? The answer lies on the journey of the crewmates.

It's a normal start of mission for Mira HQ's Skeld mission #0275629. Our crew embarks on their journey, excited to explore the unknown depths of space. And there's no danger at all, because the alien imposter problem got solved years ago....right? And what if, after you come back from your mission, the earth you left has been replaced with a broken world. Part one of this story is done, it's also in progress being edited, so if y'all like it let me know. There will be mistakes and things still needed to be fixed but it's pretty good (as my beta readers have said). I'm trying to combine Among Us with The Hunger Games.

An Imposter Among Us
"Congratulations, Miss Duri. You're leading the fifty-fifth voyage to Polus." My initial giddiness wore away under a new and frankly uninvited sense of suspicion. Only an hour ago they were set on selecting anyone but me. What made them change their mind so quickly? "We were wrong about you, Genesis," the woman said. "We now believe you have the potential to do what your unlucky peers could not. However, you should know that there is no room for mistakes." Nareem leaned forward and picked up his chin. On a normal basis, he was about as intimidating as a rabbit. Now, though, he was pretty close to the office cat's level. "Don't mess this up for us, Miss Duri. Otherwise the consequences will be a lot worse than death." --- Genesis has always wanted to lead a mission to the Polus Space Station, orbiting a Jupiter moon millions of miles away. While each attempt to get there has been compromised by the scheming, violent Conclave, Genesis's hopes to become the next captain of the Skeld have not once faltered. When she finally gets the opportunity of a lifetime, Genesis quickly discovers that, despite her caution, all is not what it seems.
