Liv took the offer to stay in California after the ending of Sing it Loud. Maddie joined her for college and hasn't been home since but now they are spending their summer after Maddie's graduation at home. Now what Liv and Maddie didn't think about were the brothers they left behind, specifically Parker. Parker was an innocent little kid when she left but now he's nearly 18 and acting out. Will they be able to figure out what's going on with Parker before September? Are 2 months enough?
