Although Detectives James Barnes and Elena Thompson never got along, they are obliged to join one of the most well-known investigations when the enigmatic "Phantom Killer" resurfaces after three years of silence. They both reluctantly work together to close up this case, but when it becomes too personal, they are forced to overcome their dislike of one another in order to survive. Will they be able to find the ghost-like murderer in time, or will they perish?

I ignore him, push his body off of my door, and open it again. Once again, he leans on it and closes it.
"You have the maturity level of a four-year-old!" I snap.
"You have the chest of one." He snickers.
"Then why do you keep looking?" Once again, I push him off of my car and open my door, quickly slipping it and shutting the door in his face.
