The Story is about a boy, born in the wasteland as a gunner. When he turned only ten they tattoed a gunner symbol on his left arm. He was raised by Shannon, a caring mother who loved him dearly, so much so she was willing to bend the rules. Sadly other gunner found out. They broke into her place and they shot her in the head with a suppressed 10mm pistol and they threw her into the dog pit. The worst part, they made the boy watch. Since that day he wanted to leave the gunners for good, but he couldn't. The leader took him in and had their eye on him. So he trained and worked his ass off, training every day for one day he will escape.

They returned with tales of a city untouched by the warheads that had scorched the rest of the world. And a great wall spanning the Colorado River. The NCR mobilized its army and sent it east to occupy the Hoover Dam and restore it to working condition. But across the Colorado, another society had arisen under a different flag.
