Book One of NeverEnding Story

"You've been given a choice. The question is what will you do with it?"

After a month of relative peace in Yokohama, Dazai Osamu finds himself unable to continue fighting against his exhaustion, opting to kill himself. However, he doesn't truly die. Guardian of the Book, Natsume Sōseki offers an ultimatum: Making use of the Book, a small group of them can send their memories to their "past selves", in an attempt to save their Osamu. However, by doing so they'd destroy their peaceful present by replacing it with a different past.

There's tension in the air. Are they really willing to throw everything they've fought for, for someone that's practically a stranger? Secrets, not even Ranpo was aware of, will be uncovered. Lives will change for better and worse.

One thing is certain however, it's a universal rule that Tsushima Shuji will suffer. That one, Tsushima Shuji would become Dazai Osamu.

Hold On (I Still Need You)

13 parts Complete

Yeah, I woke up and chose pain. Chuuya Nakahara wasn't what he seemed. Manipulating gravity hurt, and corruption slowly tore apart. He drowned himself in anything that would dull his mind, even for a few moments. Osamu Dazai didn't know if living was worth it some days. He was ready to die, he knew that when it came he would go and not have wished for more time. They were alone. Or so they thought. (This really isn't canon compliant. It kind of is, but has very little to do with the actual plot of BSD and other characters. This is my first Soukoku story, and is going to be rather short.) (THERE WILL BE TALK OF SUICIDE AND ATTEMPTS ALONG WITH DEPRESSION, ADDICTION, AND PTSD.) Posts Wednesdays/Thursdays
