Vanguardias are enchanted and powerful beings from another dimension. 
They have ink in their arms and a soulmate to find.
When they reached a certain age, they are allowed to explore and live in the human world.
People know about them, and both beings are already co-existing for so long.

Regina fell in love with the human world and their mindset about life, love, and destiny, which is far from Vanguardias' beliefs. Finding her soulmate became last of her priority to the point that she is fine even without him/her.

But her destiny was already written. At 28, Regina's soulmate found her, when the bus she is riding got into an accident.

Beyond the nature that is fantasy, this story is simply about falling in love, making sacrifices and at some point, moving on.
