Then he meets the quarterback for the biggest rival of your ex's team at a bookstore, where he is signing copies of his new memoir. He recognizes him from various industry events, and he discovers he's everything your ex never was.
    
    (this is my first story and I wrote it for English class so the first little bit is kinda cringe and I apologize lmao. also the timeline is cursed because I wanted to make it college football even tho I don't know anything about it lol.)
