This story follows the characters introduced to us in the Hazbin Hotel Pilot, along with a few others, as they make there way through body bathed streets of Pentagram City.

 After a yearly extermenation went into overtime, the extermenators now roam the streets of hell, looking for fresh blood to spill. The denizens of Pentagram city have  began forming small teams & settlements in an attempt to keep themselves safe from the Exterminators. however some have gone mad and become blood hungry, attacking settlements to steal & murder.
