When an experiment to stop cancer goes wrong because of an earthquake, a virus named Erect Pilau is discovered, and forms in your erector pili. It infects billions worldwide, and leaves humanity near extinction. Only 1.3 billion people are immune, but the number decreases as the virus worsens.
