Xisumavoid remembers nothing before they came. As a child, he and his twin were kidnapped for their magical properties to be used for unknown purposes. What lies beyond those walls of the tower he grew up in, he doesn't know and he tries not to care. His brother, on the other hand, dreams of nothing else than escaping. Are the brothers indeed fated to be compliant and used forever, or will one convince the other to escape once and for all?

There is no way of saying how many years have passed, nor how many will. However, the saying remains the same: "Yesterday was history, Tomorrow is a mystery, But today is a gift. That is why it is called the present." =+=+=+= This is another Hermitcraft fanfiction, set in a season eight/nine AU (Evolution-EmpiresS1-HCS8-HCS9-Watcher AU). I don't own any of the characters; they belong to the Hermits as their Minecraft Personas. This book also sporadically features Evolution and Empires SMP characters. Pearl is the main character, but there are a few backstories followed as well. The first part of the chapter will always be Pearl, and the second a backstory (with a few exceptions when the chapter gets extra-long). Answer the chapter questions if you feel like it, even if you live in the mysterious future. I don't ship. I'm not certain about the hermit preferences, so I'd prefer to leave that to them and portray all of them as amazing friends (which they are). =+=+=+= There will be angst to satisfy your hunger. Zed had always had memory problems and anxiety However, he genuinely loved science. He would build himself into science and work himself to the Bone multiple days of time even when he was a kid. he barely remembered what happened to one of his dear friends. I remember that there was three of them for the longest time until high School then all of a sudden there was just two him and impulse. He has pictures of the three of them. He couldn't remember the third's name though he asked impulse every now and then but impulse didn't full answer or answer at all at first he did repeating the name but after a while he gave up. After the third had been taken Zed noticed a shift in their friend impulse got incredibly quiet and more reserved. They never truly figured out what happened to their third nor did said Zed remember. That is until one day where he ends up becoming an apprentice to one of the massive science buildings in his town. Here he meets a whole bunch of different types of hybrids he didn't think even existed and he remembers Tango.
