The true rulers of the United States government will do whatever it takes to get what they need for their puppets to have long lasting lives. One male and one female  between the ages of 8 and 18 are selected from each state to participate in the experiment in which the government will compensate to eliminate public concern. Money is the easiest way to shut people up.
