The true rulers of the United States government will do whatever it takes to get what they need for their puppets to have long lasting lives. Even if that meant manipulating the masses and tricking them into submitting to their needs by conducting what's presented to the people as a social experiment, detrimental to the future of society.

One male and one female between the ages of 8 and 18 are selected from each state to participate in the experiment in which the government will compensate to eliminate public concern. Money is the easiest way to shut people up.

What exactly do they need from these children? Are they being honest about what's going to happen in this social experiment or is the truth really stranger than fiction?
