A dark cloud hangs over the city as the original Kamen Rider Chrono dies and the 12 Zodiac Beasts run rampant. Desperate for a solution, the company that built the Chrono AI sends it to find the next compatible person, where it accidentally fuses with Kibou Kitai. At first, he's reluctant to carry the mantle, but with few choices, he pushes forward to forge a new future.
