Spirits, mysterious beings that come from another world. Their arrival brings destruction and strikes fear in the hearts of men. When the power of love is not enough to unlock their chained hearts, will humanity choose their utter termination or find another way?

The ball is thrown to Kenji Miyagawa, a quiet but prominent student at a prestigious high school. Like Shido Itsuka, his close friend, he's not as average as he appears. Will Kenji aid him, and in return, will Shido show kindness and acceptance to the Spirit which only knows hostility in this world?

Set in Tengu city and its outskirts in the 2040's, Date An Angel is a spin-off of Date A Live featuring a new story that joins the original, including new characters and tales to be told and read, but keeping the core of the original light novels!
