Cale was similar to himself-Kim Rok Soo-in an assortment of things, but his reactions were not of someone who had given in. No, they were of someone clinging to a ledge between giving in and fighting back. The ledge was more dangerous than the ground that built it. Rok Soo could not let this punk who reminded him of himself self-destruct and become trash. He also couldn't just ignore the punk who has dreams of the future. Rok Soo smiles slightly, but Cale thinks it looked quite sad. The older boy removes his hand and extends it, "Punk, you and I seem to be oddities in this world.
