Lan Wangji was just retrieving some old books like he always do in the library pavillion to the old and dangerous forbidden library.

he was returning the scrolls as told by his Shufu when a strange book caught his attention.

it had a very beautiful black leather cover, some very beautiful golden designs and a very suspicious red tint f words he cannot despell.

he was in awe of the book and the curiosity he has and the weird calling of the book to him made him forget the half rules and immediately went back to his little pavillion after he returned all of the scrolls back.

he opened the book which was full of weird writings, it can be dis-ciphered but, its very complicated. the edges of the papers were as sharp as a blade, when his finger ran to it. blood dripped o the piece of paper and a dim red light covered the room.

read for more. [this is made by Fang xian, so credits to him or most likely the idea lol]
