I was about as devious as a child. My orders taken as serious as my own life. But I feel my time has caught up; for my punishment be my death, and loss of senses. My once-clear mind, pays no respects to those who have been cast down against their pleas. My fault was paid.

I was eight when I first saw a man executed. Nine when I saw the tenth. Ten when I stopped counting. I Am A Monster
I am a monster. I am a monster for leaving my father to die on that horrible day when they caught up to us. Maybe this is stupid to feel this way. I would have died either way. The only difference is dying in cowardice, for running away from your prison, or dying in pride, going down fighting for a noble cause, knowing that you changed something. That decision is harder than you think. And I'll be facing it soon enough. Btw I'm so sorry that this is all over the place; I wrote it in 6th grade lol.
