A boy who's been alone most of his life is approached by a mysterious grey figure. Although not living long the boy knew to be cautious.

"Wonderful evening isn't it?"

"Huh?...I guess? Who are you?"

"My name is Mithrandir, and also known as Gandalf the Grey." 

He didn't know it then but after being alone for so long he never realized just how lonely he was but being approached by a person asking him if he wanted to join a quest he though what harm could it be to finally have company...will they still allow such a broken soul to accompany them in their quest? Can this band of dwarves and a hobbit mend the lonely and deprived heart of a boy who has not known a loving family? Will they be able to handle a teenager that was never taught proper manners..? We shall see...

(Hey people so this story is going to have elements mixed in from movies and the book so some things will be from the book and some will be from the movies. I was there for it all, from the Shire to Rivendale to Mirkwood and then The Lonely Mountain. You see I am 1/4 Elf, 1/4 man, 1/4 wizard and 1/4 Dwarf so I am tall for a dwarf but not tall enough for an elf/man/wizard. But the elven/wizard side gave me powers that nobody else had, nobody knew who my parents were other then my mother was 1/2 elf and 1/2 man and my father was 1/2 wizard and 1/2 dwarf. Gandalf and Lady Galadriel sent me to "Earth" after Smaug took over Erebor when I was nothing but a little baby girl. 40 yrs later here I am still looking like I am in my 20's with a very bad attitude and wanting NOTHING but to get away from my stupid foster home.......this is MY story on what happened and how I got bad to Middle Earth, trained with Gandalf and Lady Galadriel till it was time to take back the mountain. He had fallen for another. That day I told him I loved him and that I would never forget him. Then I grabbed his face with my hands and kissed him. When I kissed him a tear slid down my cheek, when it hit the ground it turned into a white pearl. I kissed him because I loved him but when I kissed him I took away every memory of him and myself. I let go and put my necklace around his neck. It was a green stone with markings on it. We called it our hearts we would give it to the ones we love. I looked at him one last time before jumping back into the water leaving the one I love.
