Talthea Levana Collantes, Publid Ad girl who despised the legacy of nepotism seen in every officials, employees, workers of government, inside and outside the university; from registrar, Deans, Higher-Ups council, she carry the legal rights she recognized.

Believing it ceased the equal social opportunity of people and feed the officials further. Having a jolly attending friend, Kaillus Shyan, twenty-one year-old student whose internalized the belief of political neutrality, and not showing any pattern of impartiality among political faction to keep the freedom in his system.

Unknown to Talthea, Kaillus is the son of their Dean who didn't get along well. After knowing their relationship, she distance her self from him, tried to not taint her academic performance that she is avoiding him causing her to mount her checklist as absent.

Until she planned of transferring to another State University to move on and have new environment.. Kaillus affirmed to her-policy were made by people, it is flawed as how people are.. imperfect, she refused to believed on it that he began advocating the good on becoming ignorance.. pleasing her until it turned to be a painful strikes..

He will be unrest, chase her even to every university she plan of enrolling.. to please and to be strike.
