Beyond the Boundaries of Friendship
Chloe and Damion (Chloe's best friend) were polar opposites. Chloe's pov: You and your best friend were polar opposites, You liked bright colours and he wanted black. You were emotional and he was rational. You also worked together at a publishing house, you were in the arts department and he was in the finance department. All of that being said you've been harboring one big secret: you have been in love with him, you have been ever since you first laid eyes on him as a kid. He was often annoyed by you, pushing you away whenever but at least he let you stick around...that counted for something right??? You turned off your tablet and gathered your items to head home. You had just entered the staircase when you heard the voice of one of your coworkers. "She's literally always there," a familiar voice hissed. Him, it was him. "With her highlighter colors and bright hair ties. I can't even hook up with girls because she is always there." You stood frozen as he continued. "She thinks I don't know she's in love with me. The Text
"You are a worthless piece of trash! We should've gotten rid of you when we had the chance!" My abusive dad shouted, slapping me with all of his might. My name is Chloe Adams. Both of my parents have abused me my entire life. I'm covered in bruises, cuts, and burns from head to toe, but I've learned how to cover them up. Sometimes I wonder if I will ever escape this hell hole. "Yeah you should've." I agreed, whispering under my breath. "What was that!?" He yelled even louder than before. "N-Nothing." I stuttered, afraid of his reaction. I don't want to be pushed down the stairs again. The last time that happened, I broke my wrist. They didn't even take me to the hospital. I had to bandage it myself. "That's what I thought! Go fetch me a beer!" He ordered. There comes a moment when you don't want to stop. When you don't want to get better. You just don't care anymore. Proving Webster Wrong
Chloe and Drew grew up together in the same small town as the two inseperable kids. As with all childhood friendships sometimes do they also grew apart, each taking their own seperate ways. It is the summer before their senior year of high school and Drew stops Chloe one Sunday after church with the news that he finally broke up with Crystal, the girlfriend that everyone always thought may have been a little to controling -- even abusive. After reconnecting both realize that they've each let their lives become defined by what they believed everyone saw them as: Chloe, the OCD drama geek; Drew, the pastor's son and Crystal's boyfriend. Then comes the plan, one they believed would be simple. They will challenge each other over the summer to shake off these definitions. "What...can you please tell me what's going on. Why are you so mad?" she pleaded for answers. Damn she's good. She stood up from the couch and started walking towards me, trying to touch me. "Do you really want me away? Away from you. Like really really go?" she asked me again, acting confused. This time I see tears in her eyes threatening to roll out. I can't. I can't. Why can't she fucking tell me the truth. I literally saw what she did. Really pissed, I started shouting. "YES, I'M BLOODY SURE AIMEE. SO CAN YOU FUCKING LEAVE ME ALONE FOR NOW". Reluctantly she turned away from me, walking towards where she left her stuff earlier, sniffling. She took her things and was ready to leave me. I opened the door for her. Almost stepping out from my house, she took my shaking hand by surprise. "You know you can talk to me right. I'm always here for you. Always", she said. It only pissed me more. She stopped at the doorstep turning to look at me. But I was a jerk. Because I fucking shoved her out of my house.

This story is like Romeo and Juliet. Chloe is a straight A student with a good background, while Elijah is failing student with a bad background. The both of them knows the other exist but never met, until something happens that changes the way they view people. "Get off of me!" I yelled. Elijah ran over and pushed Ash off. "Leave her alone!" Elijah yelled. "She's not yours. You left her." Ash said. Elijah pushed Ash to the wall. "Don't touch her!" Elijah yelled getting in his face. "Get the fuck out of my face! You only wanted her because she was new. Well guess what, I got it too." Ash said. Elijah grabbed Ash by the neck and choked him. I saw Ash turn purple. "Elijah get off of him. Your going to kill him." I said. Trying to get Elijah hands off of him. "I should. Wouldn't you want that?" Elijah asked looking at me. Damn, he asked me. "Elijah I want you to let go of him." I said. Elijah let him fall to the ground. Elijah walked away. "She's making you soft Baxter." I look over to who said it. Luke. Elijah ran to him and punched him. "Elijah please!" I cried. Jackson was trying to get him off of Luke. "Chloe might be making me soft but I don't care. I like when I'm around her. You are not going to fucking touch her and think I won't do anything to you." Elijah said while punching him. "Elijah! I love you! Ok?" I said. Elijah stop punching by then his knuckles was bloody and Luke's face looked like it got hit by a car. Elijah got up off of Luke and looked at me. "What? After all I have done to you?" He asked. He walk towards me. Everyone was looking. "You can add Ash and Luke again to your list of saving me from." I laughed. "Well fuck. By the time I marry you that list will be long." He laughed. "Do I drive you crazy?" I asked. He got closer to me. "Yeah but everyone drives me crazy." "Well don't I drive you a little more crazy?" "Shut up and kiss me." Elijah said. He kissed me more intense then he did before. Everyone was cheering for us.Kumpleto

an almost decade old story. * "one tragedy changed their lives." a story with dialogues and minimal description, in which a boy ends up in the hospital after a car accident and his friend slowly collapsing under the weight of his tortured mind. but what actually happened that one fateful night and what other secrets will be unraveled? * two main male pov's, recognizable through italics and normal text. a story written unlike any other. i hope you'll find comfort in it just as much as i have. be aware that this is a realistic story. * slow-burn start, but it picks up. don't let the number of chapters fool you; the average reading time for each is less than a minute . i came up with the story of the two friends when i was still quite young and i'm by no means a writer, so it deeply apologize if it sucks ass. feel free to vote and comment or point out any spelling mistakes or confusing paragraphs. it needs some editing and possibly some small changes or added chapters for clarity and better character development, but as for now, this first completed story will do. original story: around 2014. first upload: 2020. re-upload: 2023.Kumpleto
