Far out in the sea, a city is blocked off by a barrier, trapping the radiation left from the Meltdown that occured nearly a century ago. There are only a few survivors left, and fewer still who remember the world outside. The shield of magic is lined with ghosts, and if you aren't careful, you may join them.
David, Ritchie, Brandon and Inmo's supplies have been dwindling for a long time now, and their plan of escape leads them to the place it all began: a testing facility on the other side of the city. With some help from a sea serpent and a ghost who were around before the Meltdown, they begin to unravel the string of events that led to their current situation - and may just help them get out. Because, honestly, that's all they want out of this mess.
Meanwhile, across the sea, an angel devises a plan to get his brother and his friend back from the city.


Basically, this is set in a nuclear wasteland of a city, in a modern-esque world filled with fantasy creatures. It is a mess, and I will openly admit that, but hopefully it's an entertaining mess.

Quick clarification, I'm mostly using this as practice to try and write a full story since I've never actually managed that before. Don't expect consistent updates.Tous Droits Réservés

7 Criminals around Russia, Korea, and Japan were all sent to a certain jail in America, "The Unwanted", for having unique diseases that have never been heard of before. Instead of being sent to death, each day they're experimented on by the doctors of the prison. This is to find the demanding cure of the diseases that everyone has been wanting, more specifically the News and social media, to know. An example of the experiments would be the doctors injecting different "vaccines" into the sickened's skin, to see if it helps them or defects them. They get the results back once they draw blood from the tested, diseased subject. They're trapped in cells most of the day after their testing, meaning they're rarely ever out of the cells after being "experimented" on. If they were to disobey this law, then they would be sent to the electric chair. They wouldn't send enough bolts to their heads to kill them though, they just severely damage their health and the way they mentally function. Unfortunately, their memories were whipped out, by the nurses, to the extent of their crimes and people they knew before prison. This leaves the diseased to try and find out why they're there and who they knew before this. Of course, the Nurses don't want this because after the sickened kids committed their crimes, they wanted to commit suicide for an unknown reason. They, the doctors and police, need them alive to find the cure and reason for their diseases to avoid them from spreading or occurring again. Will they be cured or is this thing a whole scheme just to torture some murderers? Who will die or eventually snap? Will the criminals ever find out who they truly were or who they knew? Read to find out.

This was a Deviantart project that I developed almost 8 years ago. I'm 23 now, but Jesus Christ...I gave this a bit of an ambitious rewrite with a couple of add-ons and a few dialogue changes that fit my current writing abilities. I don't know if I'll return here, but please give this a read. I think I did an okay job fixing this up! Explore the secrets behind the Chaos and the Sol Emeralds in this short 8-chapter story of mine. Shouldn't take you more than a couple of hours to get through 'em all. Hope you enjoy it!

Book One. It's a strange, even mad world indeed. A world where magic once long ago filled the air, and was felt within everything, until humanity explored it's potential for power, destruction, and war. And with it came the true nature of it: Chaos, the source of magic. It nearly ripped apart creation, and thus, some legendary hero took sealed it away to protect the creation from destruction- Adaygue, Great Mother to everyone. She became the deity to protect magic, and her followers called herself "Children of Adaygue". 3135 years later, after countless of wars, magic flickers and loses its meaning. But the people "blessed by Adaygue" face segregation, racism, and exploitation from the countries they live in. The story revolves around a group of people from all over the world: Madleine and Marik Winterfeldt, siblings by choice and Gene, a young noble living in the old Holy Empire of German Nation, a nation riddled with magical infested rifts as literal scars of war, and in continuesly danger of being at war again with it's powerful neigbour, The Holy French Empire of the Sun. On the other side of the planet, in the United Kingdom of America, magic abled people have more possibility to work with their "blessing", if it is viewed more useful. This means to fight against giant beasts from faultlines, that have strange connections to rifts. There is a band of people quite successful with it and one in particular is celebrated like a popstar: Hades, (self-declared) God of the Underworld, trying to survive a world where the only worth a person like him is how much money he generates for the large companies called "guilds". It's a world ruled by chaos. A mad world indeed.

(Sorry and not sorry, but I ain't ever editing this old thing again, but peeps liked it so might as well at least re-publish this old cringe story. Have fun I guess-) Started: Dec 19, 2020 Ended: Dec 31, 2021 Okay. I'm young, and dumb so it's no surprise that I would make some dumb choices in life. But going out on a grocery trip, and running to a pained cry? A little ways in the woods, was by far the dumbest thing I've done. Well, it's kinda hard to ignore a cry of immense pain when you have a soft heart... And what I was met with was even more questioning. Cause I don't remember Sonic ever being impaled, and I don't think Eggman would stoop that low to do such a thing... But still, I took the... Possible dead, but still living body back home to try and patch it up, another dumb choice. But, what I was unaware of, was that I was about to soon fall in love with a so-called demonic, god. On Senior Prom Sonic was going to have a great time with his 'boyfriend' Knuckles. But turns out it was a set up that he framed Sonic for selling Cocaine and it worked. Once Sonic was thrown in jail, everyone who knew him abandoned him (even his own family). He turned to a life of crime (for a short while) after getting out of prison. He was broken as he felt nothing. But when he got to the hospital from attempted suicide and then to the asylum, a spark of light came when a kind hearted psychiatrist Offered him a job and a place to stay at his Orphanage (which is also a school for wayward youth) with his therapy. With the help of one girl and her best friend. A little bright blue hedgehog girl named Janice and a bright red echidna named Cassie. Things were plain but Sonic was still broken but he was hateful towards those who hurt him in the past. He changed his appearance and moved far away to a little bit old London (a little modern) style town selling good medicine for the people and working for the psychiatrist. When people (Knuckles, his family, and friends) from his past 'somehow found him' come to make things right, Sonic turns them away. Will Sonic give them a chance? Or will he just hate them for everything they did in the past?

They belong to SEGA, SMG4 himself, Nintendo, and Glitch Productions.) =================================== During the day that Sonic was crowned as king, Eggman attacked Mobotropolis with a full on invasion to take down the Freedom Fighters. Eggman planed to use the Phantom Ruby to banish Sonic and his friends to another dimension, making sure they stay there and never return. After a long fight with Metal Sonic, as both he and Metal became super, Sonic was defeated but Eggman pulled the Chaos Emeralds from Sonic and Metal Sonic before the robot hedgehog could deliver the final blow. Eggman disowned Metal and called him useless before firing the cannon. But Metal chose to take the Chaos Emeralds when the portal became unstable and turned into a black hole. While grabbing the Ruby, Metal Sonic sacrificed himself to save the world, making everyone believe him to be gone... However, they did not know that he was sent to an alternate dimension, where he would begin his new life becoming a hero in the SMG4 universe, proving he will be a better hero than Sonic.
