Eiko Chihara and Izuku Midoriya had been inseparable as kids, bonded by their shared dream of becoming heroes together one day. But everything changed when Eiko's father, a beloved Pro Hero, was killed in a villain attack before her first year in junior high. After witnessing and experiencing her father's gruesome death, her grief consumed her and by the end of the year, she had pushed everyone away-including Izuku. Determined to follow her father's footsteps and become a hero he could've been proud of, Eiko buried herself in her studies and quirk training, shutting off her emotions to the outside world and focusing solely on getting into U.A. There is a storm coming, and the future of the entire hero society lays in the balance. After returning to UA, Izuku and Ochako struggle to find their way back to one another. Some distance has grown between the two close friends, for a number of reasons. Japan is still in chaos though. Will they reconnect in time so that they can face the upcoming challenge together? Maybe a small gathering of the whole class 1A can give them a chance to work things out.
