The law enforcement officials couldn't figure out what had happened to the boy so they concluded that he had most likely been killed and was dead somewhere. That was until he reappeared in the normal world fourteen years later on his 18th birthday.

Izuku was born into a clan, the last of clans remaining in Japan as the world turned to more modern times. The clan was looked down upon because of the infamous sharingan ability. As clans started to disappear into the past more abilities from clans meshed and now the powers are called quirks, they can be anything from fire powers to powers able to manipulate people with ease. Even though quirks have become the standard for children, chakra is still used but mostly banned. The age of shinobi's is over and now there are hero's hired by the government to stop rampant villains from committing any sort of crime. When something crucial happens in izukus life, who will be there to stop him from becoming what he hates most? A villain. *Drugs, and violence warning if you don't like that*
