One rainy night while Tony Stark is out, he comes across a 15 month old boy named Peter Parker, whose is injured and very weak. He immediately takes the young boy to the hospital where he is treated, with no one claiming to be the parents of Peter. He is placed under Tony's guardianship temporarily until any remaining family members or someone decides to take him in.

Peter Parker was born on August 15. On October 27, he was given to Jasmine Day's Boys Home. That December, Jasmine Day's Boys Home burnt down. All of the boys - including Peter - were saved thanks to two people. Those people were Anthony Edward Rogers-Stark and Steven Grant Rogers-Stark and they were in the middle of their honeymoon. Best part? They might have gotten a child out of it.

When Richard and Mary Parker became world-renowned geneticists, they never expected that they would be targeted for their work and forced to leave their only son, 14 year old Peter, behind with his Aunt May. In their rush to abandon everything, one genetically enhanced spider is accidentally left behind, and suddenly Peter Parker's life is about to change forever.
