gracefield orphanage is the happiest home that an orphan could ask for. emma, ray, norman, and his twin sister navi are four of the most gifted kids at the orphanage and happen to be the closest of friends. although navi loves spending her free time playing tag with emma and her brother, norman, she finds the most comfort with a certain raven-haired boy each day. they may have the most different personalities, but for some odd reason, that's what brings them together most. when they uncover the dark secrets of the farm, they must work together to plot their escape successfully without anyone dying. especially the four of them. but little does navi know that ray has some secrets of his own. with love, sacrifice, family, escapement, dead ones, broken bones, secrets and heartache, the journey will be more difficult than expected.
