The Cursed Lycan

~ Swan Lake, but with werewolves ~

When the sun rises in the morning, Sophie Kerrigan is cursed to become a dangerous, uncontrollable lycan. When the sun sets however, Sophie returns to her human form. She cannot shift otherwise, and because she cannot control her lycan form, Sophie has been removed from her pack and society as a whole.

Prince Mason Siegfried has yet to find his mate, to the dismay of his parents King Matheus and Queen Annabelle. Mason was the first-born of triplets, the other two of whom had found their mates years prior. The yearly Midnight Ball was approaching and Mason was given an ultimatum, determine his Fated Mate, or he must choose a Chosen Mate.

When Sophie doesn't want to be a burden any longer, she ventures to leave her house. During her first shift outside of her home, the lycan kills eighteen rogues, capturing the attention of the royal family. When Sophie and Mason meet, both feel strange around each other, unable to put their finger, or claw, on it.

Mysteries begin to be uncovered as Mason and Sophie grow closer. Peace can only be kept for so long, because there's always someone who believes war is more lucrative.
