Halloween Special is not the second episode of the series, it is literally just a special and episode 2 will be next. The Doctor and Isabel skip to Halloween and they end up visiting a small parade where many people have gone dressed up in costume. A sinister being is lurking amongst the towns shadows as it takes people away.
