Her Real Mother

Lola Rays got pregnant at sixteen. How cliché. She goes against abortion, and pushes through the MANY rough patches in her pregnancy, and gives birth to a small baby girl. She gave her up for adoption, wanting the best for the 6 pound baby that she had spent the last nine months on end nonstop with, to a business woman. She doesn't know the woman's name, her job, where she lived, not even a last name, and she watches as she swoops away with her baby down on over to Florida. But she knows she will always remember her face. It's a few months later and Lola, now seventeen, is almost ready to move on. But, on the first day of her junior year, when she turns around the corner to her last period, she sees her, standing there, that same business woman she had seen not that long ago. The one who has her baby. The woman turns out to be her English teacher. Lola knows the next year or so will be complete hell, but can something good come out of it? Something bad?
