Pokémon: Out of the Woods | A Galar, Unova & Sinnoh Fanfiction by kingrufus
113 parts Complete Mature
N's son Neptune has long accepted that his own son died in tragic circumstances. So when he gets an unexpected call from a stranger in Galar, claiming that his son is alive and well, he doesn't know what to think. This unidentified man also claims to be a member of the criminal syndicate Cipher. It's suspected that they aided Team Plasma's last revival, but why would even Team Plasma know the location of a baby who supposedly drowned when he was only one week old? Naturally, Neptune and his friends want to find out for themselves, but this is an International Police issue as well as a personal one. They send two promising young officers, Triton and Sam, but that won't be enough. They also enlist the help of a woman from Orre, Heather. She's a bounty hunter, hacker, frighteningly strong Trainer and most importantly, she can see the auras of Shadow Pokémon - which may well be necessary if Team Plasma and Cipher really are working together. Evil teams aren't the only enemies awaiting these young heroes in Galar. Heather thinks she's seen it all. She thinks she's immune to falling in love, but a mysterious and eccentric young man might just prove otherwise... and it might just impact the investigation. Not to mention the appearance of a maniac from 300 years ago... ★★★ CW: Rated mature for language, violence and overcoming abuse. Timeline: 75 years after Pokémon Colosseum, 69 years after Pokémon Black/White, 61 years after Sword/Shield Regions: Galar, Unova, Orre, Sinnoh/Hisui ★★★ This story can be read on its own (all references to the past will be explained), but it is also a sequel. I'd recommend reading my other stories to avoid spoilers and get familiar with the OCs. They're best read in the order they were written: 1. Homecoming 2. Fool's Gold 3. Battle Armour 4. Bloodstone 5. Obsidian 6. Azurite 7. Turquoise 8. This story 9. Mars 10. Mars 2/Hour Before Dawn This story also spoilers parts of Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

The Conductor (Jolteon x Vaporeon) by MidnightLotus_
74 parts Ongoing Mature
The son of a world-famous magician roams the land after abandoning his ruined home, aspiring to carry on the dreams of his family. With a bag over his shoulder and guitar in his back, Tempest, a young Jolteon, begins to travel the world, stumbling across pokemon that he'll come to call friends along his journey. One in particular, a shy, quiet Vaporeon, with a similar past, latched onto him, and the two began to grow close, slowly uncovering each other's secrets and breaking each other out of their reclusive shells. Will the brutality of the real world tear them apart, or will their relationship be able to flourish, rising above the harshness of the reality? This is a story written after being inspired by many others. With no intention to copy from other stories, this intricate world has been created for a sweet, adventure-filled, action-packed story, with a touch of romance, exploring the difficulties of life on the run and touching on a multitude of themes. Pokémon walk and move as they normally would, with the exception of some quadrupeds preferring to move as bipedal. The cover art is done by myself! It's not great, but I wanted to at least do something cute and original for my story! Last but not least, interactions are greatly appreciated. I love reading insightful comments and interacting with the people who enjoy my story, or even getting feedback, as I'm very new to this and somewhat self conscious about it, but I aim to grow with time. Votes also help my story be found by others, which is greatly appreciated, especially with the mature tag making it harder to find. Obviously, I do not own pokemon
Pokémon Bloodstone | An Orre Fanfiction by kingrufus
93 parts Complete Mature
When failed actress Chalcedony gives up on the neon lights and crowds to challenge the Orre League, it isn't just the champion title she's after. She's discovered she was adopted under strange circumstances. Her biological family must be out there somewhere in Orre. By setting out on a Pokémon journey, she hopes to somehow find them, but she doesn't even know their names or what they look like. They might not recognise her. They might not want to see her. Even so, if she finally finds herself in her homeland, she'll be happy. There are certainly people in Orre waiting for a self-proclaimed 'tough girl' like Chalcedony, but not all of their intentions are good... ⚠️ CW: rated mature for language and violence. Not suitable for under 18s! ⚠️ Timeline: ★ 36 years after Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness ★ 41 years after Pokémon Colosseum Main characters: ★ Canon: Jovi, Michael, Wes, Ardos, Justy, Leon ★ OCs: Chalcedony, Rustie, Alfie, Lyndon, Abbey, Wyatt ★ Most of the story takes place in Orre, but there are a few mentions of Galar, Alola and an unnamed original region based on California (which borders Orre's inspiration, Arizona). Sunset City is there and based on LA. ★ This is a sequel to another fanfic, Pokémon Fool's Gold. It also follows on from Pokémon Battle Armour. It isn't necessary to read my other stories first, but I recommend it to get to know some of the OCs and avoid spoilers if you do ever plan to read the others.
