Hex, a high-ranking commander and pure descendant of the highest throne, betrayed the very people he grew up with and under when he realized just how corrupt and destructive his kingdom was when the cover-up stories were blown. He felt he had wronged every person they killed. He felt responsibility for the lost lives. After deciding to redeem his sins, he returned to the people he once advantaged yet trusted to fail and sabotage his kingdom's operations. With the other 3 people as his teammates, Hex is on a suicide mission to fail Astra's plans and operations. A.N.: It's me again! Back to cook you up a new fic ;) For Halloween approaching fast; I chose to make a fantasy world AU world with Valorant protocol- so here's a quick index to be properly in the fictional world: In this world, beings such as Vampires, Werewolves, Shapeshifters, witches and fae exist. Just like most stories and legends, there is war amongst most of these parties. They don't all hate each other, but tensions do arise.There are camps that regroup either 2 or more of the named species to live in; a sanctuary of sorts. Typically, they do still need to rely on human resources to provide proper living in the camps. These camps are often further off from society to avoid having humans come too close. No humans are allowed in the camps.Humans aren't 100% aware these creatures exist; some do not believe, some say it's a legend. Hunters who survived an encounter would paint most as monsters, though most assume the person has gone mad.Some of these species do choose to live independently; having their own packs, camps, safehouse, etc, meaning wild encounters can happen. Furthermore, some of these groups are centuries old.Last but not least, Reader is a werewolf; an omega. Hope you all enjoy my fic; to those who will think the intro sounds familiar...
