The Bridge (The In-Between)

During winter break her senior year, Oaklie Thompson is in a fatal car accident with her friends, and is the only survivor. Even though she survives the car accident, she doesn't simply go back to living her life. Instead, she wakes a few days later to find her body in a coma, and somehow, she is in some In-Between world, where no one can hear or see her. For 45 days, she's completely alone. Or at least, that's what she thought.

Adalyn Williams has struggled for years with thoughts and feelings she was raised to believe were wrong. Over the years, she'd perfected the role of perfect daughter, but one day, she decides to give up the lie and come clean to her family. That is the night she tries to end her own life. Instead, Adalyn slips into a coma, and for 12 days, she believes she is alone in this strange In -Between world.

When the two meet on The Bridge, things finally begin changing. Both lives hang in this In-Between, unsure of what comes next, and they learn to take advantage of the time they have together. But the thought is never far from their minds: What if they wake up? Will they remember each other? Will they get to keep the love they discovered?
