Zatz x Reader (Goddess)

(Hi! Some of you may have read my other story recently and hopefully you've enjoyed that one! I wanted to make a different version of that story if maya's sibling was an actual goddess and not a demigod.)

Maya and the Three is a fantasy cartoon limited series created by Jorge Gutierrez. (Who also created the book of life.) The series is inspired by a rich, vibrant mixture of Aztec, Maya, and Inca mythology, and modern-day Caribbean culture.

(Before you decide to read this story make sure you've watched the series first, trust me it'll make a lot more sense if you already seen what's going on..)

(Also y/n uses they them pronouns in this story! I did this so anybody of any gender can read the story without using feminine or masculine pronouns for the reader.)

(Y/n), the goddess/god of fatality and the princess/prince of war and death was born and raised in the deep depths of the underworld. (Y/n) was assigned to be an ultimate weapon for Lord Mictlan's great plan to overcome both realms and rule them. (Y/n) grew up to be an only child, but had two close friends by their side, The prince of bats and the goddess of tattoos. Even though (y/n) was an only child growing up, they were aware of their half sibling being the princess of Teca, and having to become a sacrifice years later. Even if they didn't know their sister that well, they still wanted to protect her. The prince of bats convinces (y/n) that their father's plan is wrong and evil, and that they don't have to follow into his footsteps just to make him proud. He shows (y/n) the beauty of mortals and how their realm is valuable, and doesn't deserve to be under the hands of lord Mictlan. (Y/n) starts to form weird feelings for zatz, maybe something they haven't felt before and they don't know how to deal with it? Will (y/n) go along with Zatz, or their father?
