Eleanor May Carter was once an honest and caring soul trying to make everyone happy in her life, until one winter day, during the Black Friday Weekend, she got involved in a neighborhood dispute and ended up getting shot. 

She fails judgment passed onto her by a black and red skeletal horse, and ends up in the afterlife dimension better known as Hell, as a technorganic robot demon with a new life to build.

Now known as an information broker, singer, performer, actress and model for a trio of Overlords, known as the 'Three Vees', named Cynwise, or just Cyn, let's join Ellie as she discovers who she is, and hopes to make things better, as she becomes a patron of the Happy Hotel.
