What if Katherine never died from the cure? What if she had the life she always wanted with Stefan? Sure she was a stone cold bitch and only cared about herself, but what if he took the cure with her and lived forever on their lives together.
And what if Nadia never got bit by Tyler? Katherine would let her live her life, keep in contact with Nadia and still carry on that mother-daughter bond.
This timeline takes place during Season 5 of TVD, after Elena gave Katherine the cure. This is a "What If...?" Series I'm starting for the TVDU, first this story, possibly Caroline and Klaus, Stefan and Caroline, Bonnie and Enzo.
