The world as mankind knew it came to an abrupt end three decades ago when a mysterious force field appeared on Earth. Acting as a border between the East side of planet and the West. In the governments and mother nature's eyes. This force field acts as a border between the wealthy and the poverty stricken citizens of the Earth.
When Eve's mother experiences a tragic injury from an unforeseen accident. Eve gets the opportunity to venture into the supposed dangerous, damaged and poverty stricken West side with her father in search of a nurse for her beloved mother. When doing so; she discovers more than she could have ever imagined about life in the West and the notorious global phenomena.
