Izuku Midoriya thought he was Quirkless. He came to terms with it. His whole life changes the day he discovers that he is the grandson of Pro Hero Recovery Girl and shares her Healing Kiss Quirk! However, his inherited Quirk comes a dark, Villainous power, one which leads to tragedy. After devastating events lead to Recovery Girl adopting an orphaned Izuku, the boy is terrified of his own ability to hurt those around him. His birth mother told Recovery Girl that their bloodline was cursed, and Izuku desperately wants to disprove her. After a chance encounter with frequent patient Toshinori Yagi leads to inheriting the Quirk of All Might himself, Izuku Midoriya is ready to do anything and go beyond to become the Number One Pro Hero at UA High School.

Ever since Izuku Midoriya joined U.A. High School and settled in, he knew that the League of Villains were after him and his quirk: One For All. However, when the time comes when Bakugo is the target and is only seconds away from being captured, Midoriya throws himself in the chaos and ends up saving Bakugo, only at the cost of his own safety as he is captured instead. Midoriya is brought back to the League of Villains' hideout and with him there, Shigaraki plans on changing the young boy's mindset and plans to use force against him. When Midoriya isn't able to escape for three years and no one can seem to find him, he begins to lose hope and his wounds only bleed more. Even when he goes back in time with the help of a pro hero's quirk, he is diagnosed with depression and struggles to go on through life. He doesn't feel like himself. He needs someone. Shoto Todoroki had slowly been developing a crush on a certain someone. Especially after the Sports Festival. But the thing is, he didn't dare tell anyone. Todoroki wants to get closer to Midoriya, but he's afraid of rejection. So, he creates an email account, anonymously, and sends Midoriya a message. From that point on, the two boys get closer together, and without even realizing it, they both fall dramatically in love.
