I work for people that gained the name "traveling killers." Due to the fact that we're always moving around to kill people. We kill to make the world better; at least that's what the boss has always said.

One day, I went into the office and he sent me to find out a case quite difficult. The case of Osamu Dazai. Dazai has information about us that we need to figure out. If he knows to much, I have to kill him. If he knows that bare minimum it's up to me whether to kill him or not.
