Based on Ants struggles from last year and Decs support. I actually wrote this months ago but didn't want to publish it until Ant was well on the road to recovery and back at work,which he obviously now is!

Ant and Dec have never had to present alone before - that's how they like it. Now, during one live show, it looks like Ant might have to find out what it feels like without Dec by his side.

Ant doesn't know what to do anymore. Dec seems to spend more and more time with Stephen and hardly any time with him. To him it feels like he's lost everything he cares for. But is everything as it seems? (Attempted suicide)

It started as a normal evening. It started as an usual Ant vs. Dec. It started with the crowd cheering and the boys smiling. "If this is the moment I die, I want to die with you!" It ended in a disaster.

When an episode of Saturday Night Takeaway happens to fall on April 1st, the audience was expecting there to be a few hi-jinks between the boys. They weren't expecting one to pass out right in the middle of the show. At first, no one believes that it's for real - not even Ant, who remembers Dec's little stunt on SM:TV all too well. Surely he wouldn't have tried to pull the same trick again? Sick-fic.
