In the distant future, the science of stimulation manipulation is no longer in its infancy; in short, extremely lifelike, realistic simulations are now possible. However, the simulations created proved so immersive that most people chose to spend their entire lives in them, eliminating the need for a physical body. With only a brain anchoring their mind to this world, they are forever trapped in the simulations they selected.
Some, however, opted against this radical new technology. One such man travels underground to visit a gargantuan vault where the disembodied brains are stored.

Chase Arrows, among millions of minors were your average children inside the world government in the year 2234 a.d. They went to school, made friends, and had their dreams. That all changes when the representatives at the top develop M.O.N.O. (Multi-Optical Network Operator) and the Accelerator program. They soon abuse their absolute power and take all ten year old children across the world, cybernetically enhancing their bodies and taking away their minds to create an army far more powerful than anything else so that no one may oppose them. Four years later, a system hiccup causes the Accelerators to obtain what was lost worldwide, but only five managed to escape recapture. They now fight the world government with their cyborg bodies and won't rest until everyone is freed...
