The Avengers discovered one day, that there was a third. Thor, Loki, and Oliver. Oliver ended up being sent to Earth in the 1940s. With no powers anymore, he acts like a normal human, that is until Loki comes down to Earth.
This is an OcxClint since there isn't enough of that.
Also, Oliver is Loki's brother, not Thor's.
