After graduating early from her boarding high school, Amelia Hamilton returns home to her tiny religious town of Jericho, where she meets Drea Moore, a young woman who had been more myth than material. But soon Amelia learns the true, incredible Drea, and new feelings begin to blossom. She struggles against them, however, as the burden of her mother and the battle between her religion and her peace grow stronger. Can she truly have a life of her own? And is Drea a part of it?
